So, what would this word bring to your mind. Sit, relax, give yourself some time and you will say , "Oh! Time ! that's a big problem. There are so many things to finish". Well, for me , definition of meditation is to think or ponder on something absent minded and then there goes Eureka!! and I find out something that even though it was right in front of me, I did not know its existence.
Yes, for meditation, I don't think you need to sit down and give yourself a meditation of 30 minutes. Just get idle. Don't you long for it. An idleness of 2 minutes where you think nothing, you do nothing but still your mind - a piece of you, that's always working - even when you sleep , it weaves dreams and makes you feel that you are in something , when physically you are not in that..
Well, meditation is a way to relax your mind. Stuck in a problem , coffee is meditation. Aren't you thinking of your problem when stirring that spoon in the cup. Yes, that is meditation. It has been made as a science today, but you always are doing it. You don't really need to leave your current chores and go back and meditate - meditation is part of you - all the time.
Take some rest . Don't think too much. Don't worry too much. Do your job . Be happy and later or earlier, things will surely fall in place.
