Your Resume is the first point of entry to the recruiter's mind. So, key details such as contact information, your name, email, age( with current photo ) should be immediately visible.

If you surpassed that basic info , the next thing is work experience : if you are applying for a senior post . All information of work or education or interests should go from the current to past. So your current job and highest qualification should be mentioned first. At this point , your Salary expectations also could become a deciding factor too. So be mindful on your expectancy vs experience enhancement decisions.
If that still keeps the recruiters' interest , it would go to your personality that is easily understood through your hobbies and personal interests. Your soft skills play a major role in deciding whether they can welcome you in their existing team or not.
